Managing Outlets and Chains in HQ

You can manage your chain structure directly from HQ Settings. Whether you want to move an outlet to a different chain or turn it into a standalone business, you can do it yourself in just a few clicks. How to do it? Read on.

🤔 What you can do

From Menu → Settings → Outlets, you can:

  • Move an outlet to another chain you have access to.

  • Detach an outlet from its chain so it becomes an independent business.

⚠️ When the last outlet leaves a chain, the chain is removed automatically — no manual cleanup required.

🚚 How to move an outlet

  1. Go to Menu → Settings → Outlets

  2. Select the outlet you want to move.

  3. Choose Move to chain and select the destination chain.

  4. Click on Move outlet

⛓️‍💥 How to detach an outlet

  1. Go to Menu → Settings → Outlets

  2. Select the outlet you want to detach.

  3. Choose Detach from chain.

  4. Confirm the change. The outlet will become an independent business.

❓Frequently asked questions

🧐 Do I need special permissions to use this?
Yes. You need permission to manage locations. If you do not see these options, contact the owner.

🤨 What happens to the chain when I move the last outlet out of it?
The chain is deleted automatically. You do not need to take any additional action.

😮 Can I undo a move or detach?
Yes, you can move or re-attach an outlet again at any time using the same steps above.
