🚀 Getting started with Ratemat

Setting up Ratemat takes just a few steps:

  1. Go to the Noona partner registration page at app.ratemat.cz/noona-registrace

  2. Your Ratemat account is created automatically and linked to your Noona account

  3. You'll be taken directly to a permissions window to grant Ratemat access — just confirm, and you're connected ✅

That's it. Once you're registered, the Ratemat team is automatically notified and will reach out to guide you through the rest.

🔄 What happens after registration

1️⃣ Setup and validation by the Ratemat team

The Ratemat team will contact you via email or WhatsApp to:

  • Explain how the service works and clarify pricing 💬

  • Check that your account is correctly set up

  • Review and optimise the SMS and email texts used to request feedback, so you get the best possible results ⭐

  • Recommend connecting your Google account

🔗 Google connection (recommended)

By connecting your Google account, you will be able to:

  • Reply to your Google reviews directly from Ratemat

  • Use the Generate Response feature, which automatically suggests a reply you can review and approve before publishing ✨

This helps you save time and keep your communication consistent.

2️⃣ Service activation & billing

Once the Ratemat team confirms that the service is active and feedback requests are being sent to real customers, they will send you a payment link for the basic subscription.

  • €13/month, including up to 30 feedback requests (more complete options with different pricing are also available).

ℹ️ Important:

The Ratemat subscription is paid directly to Ratemat, not to Noona.

From the second month onwards, billing is handled monthly by Ratemat and includes:

  • The subscription for the new month

  • Any SMS sent during the previous period

🔍 How feedback collection works

Once Ratemat is active, the process runs automatically:

  1. After an appointment, the client receives a simple feedback request via email or SMS

  2. If the feedback is negative, it stays private — giving you the chance to respond, improve, or follow up before anything goes public

  3. If the feedback is positive, the client is redirected to a public review platform (such as Google, Trustpilot, Yelp, or Tripadvisor) where they can confirm and publish their review

You stay in control of your reputation while the process runs quietly in the background.

💻 Display reviews on your website

Ratemat also offers an embeddable review widget that lets you display your collected reviews directly on your own website. This is a great way to showcase your reputation right where potential new clients discover your business — no extra tools needed.

Ask the Ratemat team for details on how to set this up.

🔐 Permissions, data usage & privacy

When installing Ratemat, you'll be asked to grant certain permissions. Here's what Ratemat needs and why.

Ratemat retrieves some information from your Noona account in order to:

  • Identify which clients should receive feedback requests

  • Send those requests at the right time (for example, after an appointment)

  • Use the correct contact details (email or phone number)

👉 Important to know:

  • The data is read-only

  • Client information is not stored, not reused, and not sold

  • Data is handled according to GDPR and data-protection principles
