Why use auto-reply?

As a popular service provider, you are likely bombarded with messages from social media with questions about your availability.

Noona can help you gain peace of mind, and adding an auto-reply to your social media profiles with a link to your Noona profile is the first step towards that.

Where do you want to set up auto-replies? Facebook? WhatsApp? Instagram?

How to set up auto-reply on Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp

First, navigate to your Facebook page. You must be an admin of the page in order to set up auto-replies.

Open "Inbox"

It should be on the left side of your page, under the "Manage page" section.(Remember, you need to be an admin of the page to see this)

Click "Automated responses"

Configure your auto-reply

From here, you can select which Meta-owned platforms should send the auto-reply and customize your message.

Remember to save your message!
