This is what the SMS looks like:

Rán, since you did not show up at the time you had booked at 15:30 on 21.10.2024 and did not inform with enough notice we unfortunately have to charge you a no-show fee of x kr. A claim will be sent to you bank, but let us know if you think there is a mistake. Kind regards and with hope of understanding, Miklihvellur.

In this example, Rán is the customer who receives the no-show fee and Miklihvellur is the name of the company that sends out the claim.
