How to Customize SMS Reminders
There are two ways to access the customization settings:
Option 1: Through the Messages Menu
Go to Messages.
Click Settings.
Select Customize reminders for each staff member.
Option 2: Through the Settings Menu
Go to Settings.
Navigate to SMS.
Click Customize reminders for each staff member.
Setting Up Custom Reminders
Once you’re in the customization screen:
Select the Staff Member from the drop-down menu.
Write a personalized SMS reminder in the provided white text box.
Important: If you leave the field empty, the default SMS reminder will be sent, formatted like this:
Example Default SMS Reminder:
Jason, your appointment is at 14:00 tomorrow - Cancellations:
Elín Inga Kjartansdóttir
Note: no-shows may lead to a fee.
Jason = Client’s Name
Elín Inga Kjartansdóttir = Staff Member’s Name
Note: The no-show fee message only appears if you have activated no-show fees in your settings.
