Manage Your Working Hours

In this article, you’ll learn how to properly set up your working hours and availability in Noona HQ.

🕒 How Availability Works in Noona HQ

Availability in Noona HQ is divided into two parts:

  • Business opening hours – define when your business is open and what clients see

  • Staff working hours – define when each team member is available for bookings

This allows you to fully control each team member’s availability.


👤 Staff Working Hours

Each team member has their own working schedule that you can customize individually.

✨ What you can set up

  • Individual working hours for each day
    (e.g. Mon–Fri 08:00–18:00, weekends off)

  • Split shifts
    (e.g. 09:00–12:00 and 14:00–18:00)

  • Quick copy of schedules between team members

  • Team overview
    – list view or weekly view showing who works when


📍 Where to Find It

👉 Schedule in the main menu

Or directly from the calendar via the settings button.


🏢 Opening Hours

Opening hours have their own section:

👉 Settings → Business → Opening hours

These hours:

  • define what clients see on your profile

  • act as default working hours for new staff members


🚫 Blocked Times

Blocked times are used for exceptions in your schedule:

  • vacations

  • breaks

  • meetings

  • appointments

🔧 How to create a blocked time

  • select a time range in the calendar

  • click “Add calendar unavailability”

  • set:

    • start and end

    • repetition

    • affected team members

💡 Tip: To block a full day, simply select “All-day”.
