Managing Booking Statuses

Create and customize the statuses you use to tag appointments — now natively in Noona HQ Settings.

Written by VALENTINA SAINZ BALLESTEROS

Overview

Booking statuses are the labels you assign to appointments in your calendar — like Show-up, No-show, or any custom status that fits your workflow. You can now create, edit, reorder, and delete them directly in Noona HQ.

📍 Noona HQ → Settings → Schedule → Calendar → Booking statuses

Add a Custom Status

  1. Go to Settings → Schedule → Calendar → Booking statuses.

  2. Click + New status in the top right.

  3. Enter a Name for the status (e.g., "Confirmed", "Waiting list").

  4. Tap the color icon to choose a Color.

  5. Save. The status is immediately available when tagging appointments.

Edit or Delete a Custom Status

Click on any custom status in the list to edit its name or color. To remove it, use the delete option. Changes take effect immediately across your calendar.

Reorder Statuses

Drag and drop any custom status to change its position in the list. The order here determines the order statuses appear when tagging an appointment — put your most-used ones at the top.

System Statuses

The following statuses are built into Noona and cannot be edited or deleted:

  • 🟢 Show-up

  • 🔴 Cancelled

  • 🟡 No-show

  • 🔵 Processed

They appear in the list with a lock icon.

Plan & Availability

Appointments Pro feature. Custom booking statuses are available on paid plans. If you're on a free plan, you'll see an upgrade prompt when you try to add a custom status.
