Let's make your life easier and more organized with our awesome tools! 💪 Memos and waitlists are the perfect way to keep track of all the little things without having to stress about forgetting them. The memos appear right on your calendar, reminding you of important tasks like calling the bank or paying bills 📝

And don't forget about our waitlist feature! 🙌 It's a lifesaver when your schedule is full but you still want to make time for everyone. You can easily keep track of who's waiting to hear from you and even see how long they've been waiting. Plus, with just a quick glance at your calendar, you'll know exactly how many clients are on your waitlist 📅

So say goodbye to the chaos and hello to a more organized and efficient life! Let's get started! 😃

Let's start with the Memos:


First, let's find the icon you need to get started 🧐 It's a square icon located between the question mark and the bell. Once you click on it, you'll see both the waitlist and the memos. Awesome, right? 😎

Now, let's focus on the memos feature. Here, you can see all of your memos and even create new ones with just a few clicks! 🤩 To create a new memo, simply click the blue "+" button. Then, add a title that will appear on your calendar and provide any additional details in the memo bar. You can even tag a staff member (or many!) and set the correct date 🗓️

And voila! You're all set to stay organized and on top of your game 🙌

Using your phone? 📱 Simply click the note icon (the second one to the right) and follow the same steps


Now for the waitlists:


To get started with adding a new client, simply click on the icon between the question mark and the bell. Then, click the blue "+" button and fill in all the necessary information about your client. We recommend including their phone number so you can easily contact them when an appointment becomes available 📞

Don't forget to utilize the notes section to add any additional details about the client's availability, such as if they are only free on Mondays and Fridays. This will help you quickly and efficiently schedule appointments that work for both you and your client 🗓️

Lastly, if you need to tag an employee for this client, you can do so! However, it's not necessary if the client doesn't have a preference. Just keep in mind that if you don't tag an employee, the red dot reminder won't appear on any employee's calendar 📅
