Prepayments on Noona

With prepayments, you will be able to receive payments from the Noona app. You can control if you want the whole appointment prepaid or just a percentage of the price.

Why do I need a Teya account?

To be able to receive prepayments through the Noona app you need to have a Teya account or you need to create one. This because Teya is a partner with Noona and they handle the KYC process. KYC stands for Know Your Customer and is a mandatory process to certify the identity of a customer when it comes to online payments. With this process you make sure that the customer is truly who they say they are.

What is Teya?

Teya, previously SaltPay, is a payment service and software provider that was founded in 2019 in the UK. Their main goal is to offer payment solutions to small to medium sized companies and help them simplify their business.

Already have a Teya account?

You can follow these steps to connect your Teya account to Noona HQ:

  1. Log into Noona HQ, go to Online bookings and scroll down until you see Online payments

  2. Select Log in with Teya

  3. Now this window should pop up

  4. Log into your Teya account

  5. When that is done you will automatically jump back to Noona HQ and everything is ready 🙌
