In today's fast-paced service industry, ensuring that contractors receive their payments promptly and directly is a priority. Noona introduces an innovative solution to streamline this process, allowing contractors to receive payments directly into their bank accounts.

This guide explains how the direct settlement feature works and how you can utilize Noona's payment systems—Noona Paylink and Noona Pay—to enhance your financial operations.

Direct Settlement Through Noona: How It Works

Direct settlement allows contractors to link their bank accounts with Noona, enabling them to receive direct payments from customers. This feature supports two main payment methods:

Noona Paylink

  • Convenience at Your Fingertips: Bill customers directly by sending them a payment request to their phones with just one click.

  • Simplified Transactions: Customers can pay for multiple services in a single transaction, even if the payments are destined for different bank accounts. Discover more about Noona Paylink and its seamless integration here.

Noona Pay

  • Flexibility for Your Business: Accept payments upfront when customers book appointments. Offer options for full payment at booking or a confirmation fee. Learn more about the flexibility and benefits of Noona Pay here.

Activating Direct Settlement for Contractors

Setting up a direct settlement is straightforward. Here's how to activate this feature:

  1. Integration with Teya or Adyen:
If you are located in Iceland:
Start by connecting your Teya account to Noona HQ. If you haven't set up Teya yet, follow the initial steps here.
If you are located in any of these countries here below: You can set up your payment account with Adyen. You can do that by yourself through Noona HQ by going to Settings > My sales. You can find a detailed article about how to onboard here abow under Noona Pay.

  2. Contractor Access: Contractors should log into Noona HQ using their email, navigate to Settings > My Sales, and select Enable settlement on own account. An orange notification will appear, indicating that the owner needs to complete further steps.

  3. Owner's Role: The owner must then log in, go to Settings > Payments > Edit > Here, they must enable Allow own payout for the relevant contractors.

After these steps, everything is all set. Contractors can immediately start benefiting from direct settlements using Noona Pay and Noona Paylink, ensuring that payments are processed smoothly and efficiently.

Embracing Financial Independence

This direct settlement feature empowers contractors with financial independence, reducing the administrative burden on business owners and streamlining the payment process. By offering both Noona Paylink and Noona Pay, Noona ensures that contractors have flexible and efficient options for receiving payments.
