How does settlement to own account work?

Contractors can connect their own bank accounts and receive payments directly when a customer pays for an appointment. Our system offers two types of payment methods.

Noona Paylink

Enables you to charge customers by sending a direct charge to their phone with a single click from the system. Additionally, customers can now pay for products and services in one transaction, even though the funds are transferred to separate bank accounts. Learn more about how Noona Paylink works here.

Noona Pay

With Noona Pay (pre-payments) you can accept payments when customers book an appointment on Noona. You can allow them to choose to complete the payment at the time of booking and/or require a confirmation fee. Learn more about how Noona Pay works here.

Settle payments to my account

  1. Connect your Teya account to Noona HQ. If you haven't done so already or don't have a Teya account you will need to go through the steps here.

  2. Contractor logs into their own Noona HQ account. If you are not sure, you can go to Settings -> General and see there the email that is logged in.

  3. Go to Settings -> My sales and make sure the correct bank information are under Settlements. If you need to change those information you can contact us.

  4. Next you will scroll down and check Settle payments to my account.

An orange field will pop up that says "The company owner needs to allow setting into your account before your preference takes effect. Contact them to get this done". In this step the owner needs to hop in and go through steps 5-7.

5. Owner logs into to their owner account.

6. Go to Online bookings -> Profile -> Edit settings.

7. There a window will come up that says Split payout and click Configure. Check
Allow own payouts for appropriate contractors.

Then everything should be set and you can start using Noona Pay and/or Noona Paylink🙌
