🔧 Setting Up a Payout Account
To start receiving payments, you’ll need to connect a payout account using Adyen.
Step-by-Step:
Go to Online Bookings in the sidebar
Click Set Up Prepayments
Click Set Up Payout Account
You’ll be guided through the following:
🏢 Company Details
Legal name of the business
Company ID number
Registered business address
👥 Decision Makers
Names, addresses, date of birth, and nationality of owners or guarantors
Upload a valid photo ID
🏦 Payout Details
Bank account information (IBAN)
Upload one of the following:
Bank statement screenshot
Deposit slip
Official letter from the bank
✅ Enabling Prepayments
Once your Adyen setup is approved:
Go to Settings → Prepayments
Choose from the following options:
1. Confirmation Fee
A non-refundable fee paid at booking
Helps reduce no-shows and late cancellations
2. Optional Full Prepayment
Clients can choose to pay in full at booking
Supports gift cards and discount codes
3. Combined Option
Let clients pay a confirmation fee now, with the option to pay the remaining balance upfront
