Customizing Noona Pay for Your Business Once set up prepayments with Adyen you can tailor Noona Pay settings to your preferences. This includes deciding on confirmation fees for specific services or employees and choosing whether to allow customers the option to pay online. Our platform is designed to adapt to your business, offering flexibility in how you wish to implement payment options.
Setting up a Payout account
To set up a payout account you navigate to Online Bookings in the sidebar and then click Set up Prepayments.
When you click Set up payout account you'll be directed to this page here:
First you'll need to set up company details so start by clicking "company details"
Then you'll see this page here:
Company information: Information about the legal entity (company) that is applying for a payout account
Legal name of company
Company ID
Company address
Next up is to set up are the decision-makers...
Decision Makers: Information about the guarantors or owners of that legal entity
Name, Address, Date of birth, Nationality, etc.
Photo of ID for the guarantors / owners
Payout details: Information about the bank account that will be receiving the funds from transactions
How to enable Prepayments
When your Adyen application has been verified you'll be able to set up enable prepayments by navigating Settings ➡️ Prepayments.
Once you are there, you'll be able to configure how you want your prepayments to work.
The options are the following:
Confirmation Fee: This non-refundable fee secures the customer's appointment, encouraging timely attendance or advanced cancellations. It's a way to ensure you're compensated for your time while streamlining operations.
Optional Full Prepayments: Customers can choose to pay for their appointment in full at the time of booking. This is convenient for those short on time or booking for someone else. It also supports the use of gift cards and coupons, further enhancing customer convenience.
Combining Confirmation Fee with Full Prepayment: Offer customers the choice to pay a partial confirmation fee, with the option to complete the full payment upfront. This flexibility caters to various customer preferences and payment abilities.

Custom Settings: Tailor Noona Pay to specific services or employees, offering the ability to adjust confirmation fees or prepayment percentages as needed.
Settlements and Refunds
