Fully booked and can't take any more guests? Or need to close for the day because of technical issues? 🚧 Noona lets you turn off online bookings or close the whole day in just a few clicks.
👇 How to set an override
In the calendar, click the pencil and ruler icon in the top bar, next to the blue "+" button.
The Rules for today panel will open on the right. In the Overrides section, click Edit.
Choose what you need:
Online bookings closed: guests can no longer book online.
Closed: closes the whole day.
And that's it! The change is saved automatically and you'll see a "Changes saved" confirmation. ✅
👀 How to tell an override is on
You'll know right away that an override is active:
The Overrides section turns orange when online bookings are closed, and red when you're closed for the day.
The pencil and ruler icon in the top bar changes color to match, so you can see it even when the panel is closed.
🔄 How to switch back
Things have calmed down or the issue is fixed? Just click Edit in the Overrides section again and select No overrides. Back to business as usual! 🙌
⚠️ Caution: Overrides only apply to one specific day! 📅 That means you need to set them up manually for each day in your calendar. If the same situation repeats over a longer period, use a rule set template instead. It saves you a lot of clicking! 🔁
