The Noona check-in app is a great way to streamline your business and make it as efficient as possible. In this article, I will answer these 3 questions:

The Noona check-in app is an app that you can download for a tablet which allows your customers to check-in and pay by themselves so that you can spend more time with clients and less time worrying about everything else.

You can download the app on a tablet which you put in your waiting room. Then, when your clients arrive they enter their phone number and pay. You can customise a message to be shown once they have done this to instruct them on what to do next. It could be as simple as "Please take a seat, Jake will be out to get you shortly" or "Please take a seat and head to room 1 at the time of your appointment". Once your client has checked in, you will see on your Noona HQ calendar that they have arrived and paid.

In order to accept payments through Noona, you will need to use a Teya terminal. Teya is a payments company that takes care of the whole payments process for small and medium sized businesses. To find more out about Teya, visit this link!

If you connect a Teya terminal to your Noona HQ account then the check-in app will take a 0.5% transaction fee.

You can, however, use the check-in app without a payments terminal and use it to let you know when a client has arrive. If you wish to do this you will need to reach out to the Noona team via our in-app chat to get a monthly subscription price.

You can start using it by downloading the Noona Check-in app from the apple or android app store. You will then need to connect it to your Noona HQ account. You must also reach out to a member of the Noona team through our in-app chat to let them know you are using it. They will then unlock it and give it the all-clear... then away you go!
