Selling gift vouchers on Noona can significantly benefit your business by boosting sales and revenue. When customers purchase these vouchers, they often do so for themselves and as gifts for others, expanding your customer base. How to set up a payment account
You'll need a payment account so we can settle your payments for vouchers that come through Noona. To do so, go to the three-line icon in the top left corner > Online bookings > Profile > Set up vouchers > Continue setup > Set up a payment account.
When you are there, you have entered our payment setup portal, where you'll need to add important information about your company. Here is a detailed article covering everything you need to know to set it up correctly.
Note: You can start selling vouchers on Noona even though your settlement account isn't ready - we will just be unable to settle the payment until it has been approved!
How to set up and manage online vouchers
Navigate to Settings > Sales > Vouchers

Click "+ New" and pick either:
Series voucher for more than one service session.
Single service vouchers like a gift card
Set the voucher up by picking:
The service it should be connected to
Add a title fx. add a monthly discount.
Calculate the Retail price if it should be different from the value price
Check the "sell voucher online" if you want it to appear on Noona and noona.is
How to buy a voucher online
Here is a sample of how the voucher will appear on Noona.
When they have picked the one they want to purchase, they can add a message that will appear in the PDF.
Then, they can send the voucher to the person who should receive it; you can make it appear in their Noona app and send it via email or SMS!
Monitor bought vouchers
Under Sales → Vouchers, you can see all the gift vouchers you have sold. They are marked with 4 different tags depending on their status:
Never used
Partly used
Fully used
Expired (they last for 3 years)
How to use a voucher
If you are not in the Sales Pro subscription
When you get a client who wants to use their gift voucher, you can either go to Sales → vouchers → Select "Use voucher" and put in the voucher code.
If you are in the Sales Pro subscription
Go to check out as you normally do and choose the voucher as a payment method.
What about the Settlements?
After a gift voucher has been sold online, the settlement can be found under Sales → Settlements. There, you can refund the payment if needed.
