Detailed Appointments List

The detailed appointments list enables efficient filtering and data export.

How does the list work?

The list contains all data related to your reservations. You can choose which information to display by adjusting the column view settings and data filters.

  • In the top right corner, click on “Column Settings”, and use the checkboxes to select which columns you want to display. You can also rearrange the column order by dragging them.

  • In the top left corner, click on “Filter” to select the parameter you want to filter the data by. You can apply multiple filters at the same time.

Once your data is filtered, you can download the selected dataset in .xlsx format and continue working with the file as needed.


How to install the Detailed Appointments List?

  1. Open the settings in the NOONA system and go to the “Account” section.

  2. In this section, click on “Applications.”

  3. A list of available applications will appear. Find and install “Detailed Appointments List.”

  4. Once installed, the application will automatically integrate into the NOONA system – you’ll find it under “Menu” in the “Applications” section.

We recommend using the list primarily on your computer or laptop – working with it on a mobile phone may not provide the best user experience.


Specific examples of list usage:

  • Number of new clients – a quick overview of how many new customers have joined in a given period.

  • Receipts and payments – a detailed breakdown of receipts by payment method and individual items.

  • Other specific information – the table allows for filtering and analyzing data based on various parameters.
