🧾 Why Use Personal Invoices?

If you’re self-employed but working under another business’s Noona HQ account, you’ll want to issue invoices under your own name instead of the company’s. This ensures your income and tax records stay accurate and separate from the business owner’s.

⚠️ Important: You must have unlocked the Point of Sale Power-up to add personal invoices.

🛠️ How to Create Your Personal Invoice

  1. Log into your own Noona HQ staff account

    • Make sure you’re not logged in as the business owner

  2. Go to Settings

  3. Under the Sales section, click My Personal Invoices

  4. Fill in your personal invoice details:

    • Name

    • Kennitala (social ID)

    • VAT number (if applicable)

    • Legal address and any extra invoice info

  5. Click Save

✅ From this point forward, all appointments you check out will be billed using

your personal invoice

Other staff members will continue to use the company invoice

📄 How to View Invoices and Issuers

To view all invoices:

  • Go to Sales → Invoices

You’ll see a list of all invoices, and under the “Issuer” column, you can tell whether the invoice was issued by:

  • The company, or

  • A specific staff member who has set up their own invoice

🔍 To View Invoices by Issuer (e.g., Yourself):

  1. Go to Sales → Invoices

  2. Click Advanced Search

  3. Under Issuer, select the staff name or company you want to filter by

  4. View, export, or download the list as needed

📥 Downloads are available only via web browsers, such as: Chrome and Safari
