Customized notifications for staff

Control which notifications you receive and how you want to receive them from Noona HQ.

Do you want to receive notifications about some things but not others? With customized notifications, you can control which notifications you receive from Noona HQ.

You can find this feature by going to: Menu → Settings → Account → Notifications.

What notifications can I receive?

Your online bookings:

  • When an appointment is booked.

  • When an appointment is rescheduled.

  • When an appointment is canceled.

When a staff member or receptionist changes bookings in your calendar:

  • When an appointment is booked.

  • When an appointment is rescheduled.

  • When an appointment is canceled.

Other online bookings

  • When an appointment is booked.

  • When an appointment is rescheduled.

  • When an appointment is canceled.

Payments:

  • Online payments completed.

  • Settlement failed.

Waiting list:

  • A customer joins the waiting list.

Booking requests:

  • Booking request accepted.

  • Booking request declined.

Where are notifications sent?

You can choose whether notifications are sent via email, to your phone through the Noona HQ app, and/or to the notification bell within Noona HQ.

💡 Tip: Customized notifications are ideal if you want to receive alerts when a staff member or receptionist books, changes, or cancels an appointment in your calendar, or when a customer cancels, accepts/declines a booking request, or joins a waiting list.
