How to Add a New Outlet
Adding a new location is simple:
Go to Settings ➡️ Outlets
From there, you can:
Set your Chain Name
Upload a Chain Profile Photo
Click + Add Outlet to create a new location
Important Notes About Outlets
Here are a few things to keep in mind when working with multiple outlets:
🔐 Subscriptions Are Managed Per Outlet
Each outlet currently operates on its own subscription and add-ons.
We’re actively working on simplifying billing for multi-location businesses.
👤 Staff Access
The new outlet will initially only include one staff member — the one who created it.
If you’d like to invite existing staff from another outlet:
Simply send an invite to the same email address they already use.
This gives them access to both locations.
🔁 Services, Clients & Products Are Not Shared (Yet)
New outlets start fresh — they won’t include:
Services
Clients
Products
