Thinking of expanding your business and opening a new outlet?

That’s a huge milestone — and we’re here to support you every step of the way. While managing multiple outlets can add complexity, Noona HQ gives you the tools to handle it smoothly and efficiently.


How to Add a New Outlet

Adding a new location is simple:

  1. Go to Settings ➡️ Outlets

  2. From there, you can:

    • Set your Chain Name

    • Upload a Chain Profile Photo

    • Click + Add Outlet to create a new location


Important Notes About Outlets

Here are a few things to keep in mind when working with multiple outlets:

🔐 Subscriptions Are Managed Per Outlet

Each outlet currently operates on its own subscription and add-ons.

We’re actively working on simplifying billing for multi-location businesses.

👤 Staff Access

  • The new outlet will initially only include one staff member — the one who created it.

  • If you’d like to invite existing staff from another outlet:

🔁 Services, Clients & Products Are Not Shared (Yet)

New outlets start fresh — they won’t include:

  • Services

  • Clients

  • Products

We’re planning improved support for sharing resources across locations, so stay tuned.
