Not every staff member wants to accept online bookings

Overview

Some staff members may prefer not to accept appointments through online channels. With Noona HQ, Merchants can easily manage who is available for online bookings—keeping things flexible and personalized for your team.

This guide explains how to remove a staff member from the Noona app so clients can’t book them online.

👤 How to Disable Online Bookings for a Staff Member

  1. In the left-hand sidebar, click Staff

  2. Locate the staff member you want to update

  3. Click their name or profile to open it

  4. Scroll to the Online Bookings section

  5. Uncheck the box labeled “Available for online bookings”

✅ The staff member will:

  • No longer appear on the Noona app

  • Not be bookable by clients through online scheduling


💡 Additional Notes

  • This setting only affects client-side online bookings

  • You can still schedule appointments with the staff member internally via the calendar

  • The option can be turned back on at any time
