Now you can put customers on the blacklist :)
How does the Blacklist work?
It's function is very simple. The blacklist works so that an unwelcome customer must be in a Client group (click here to learn more about Client groups) called "Blacklist". When the customer tries to book an appointment, the appointment is immediately rejected and you receive a notification that the customer tried to book with you.
How do I turn on the Blacklist?
To turn on the Blacklist you will go to Settings -> Apps -> Blacklist

You need to have a few things in mind:
You will need to enable screening for online bookings (accept/deny requests). You will find this feature under Settings -> Online bookings -> Security.
The customer needs to be in the Client group "Black list". Here are instructions on how you can add a customer to the "Black list".
Go to Clients in the Menu bar -> Search and click on the customer you want to add to the Black list -> Click Add to client group -> Select Blacklist.

Customers experience
The customer will go through the booking process on Noona, but the appointment will be automatically rejected and you will receive a notification about this in the bell 🔔
