Sometimes, it becomes necessary to prevent specific clients from booking appointments. With Noona HQ’s Blacklist feature, you can automatically decline appointment requests from clients you’ve flagged—saving time and avoiding awkward situations.

🚫 How the Blacklist Works
The Blacklist is a Client Group named “Blacklist”. When a client is added to this group and tries to book through the Noona Marketplace or your online booking link, their request is automatically rejected.
You’ll receive a notification letting you know that the client attempted to book.

👀 What the Client Sees
Clients in the Blacklist group will still go through the usual online booking process. However:
Their appointment is immediately rejected
You receive a notification (🔔) about their attempt
From the client’s point of view, the booking simply doesn’t go through. No message is shown indicating they’re blacklisted.
