Why do I need a Teya account?
To accept payments through the Noona app or use Noona Paylink, you need a Teya account. Noona collaborates with Teya, which handles the KYC process. KYC stands for Know Your Customer and is a mandatory procedure to verify a customer's identity for online payments, ensuring the customer is who they claim to be.
What does Teya do?
Teya, formerly known as SaltPay, is a financial technology company founded in the UK in 2019. Its primary goal is to create payment and software solutions for small and medium-sized businesses, helping them automate and simplify their operations.

Don't have a Teya account?
If you don't have a Teya account but you want to accept payments through Noona, we can help you get one. You can either contact us by phone:
519-4040 or through the chat bubble in the lower right corner 🤝
Already have a Teya account?
Now you will need to go through the following steps to connect Noona HQ and Teya together:
1. Go to Settings -> Integrations and click Connect where the Teya symbol is:
2. Then the Teya login window should open up on your side:
3. Login to your Teya account - if you don't remember the password then you can press Forgot your password.
4. When that is done you should automatically go back to Noona HQ.
5. Finally, you can set up Noona Pay and/or Noona Paylink - Click here.
💡 The Teya connection allows you to connect the Teya terminal to the Noona POS system. When a sale is processed, the amount is instantly transferred to the terminal. Click here to set up a terminal connection with the Noona POS system.
