One business, many locations
If you are good at what you do, you might want to expand your operation by opening up a new outlet.
When/if that happens, we're here to help you manage the increased level of complexity this can introduce. Luckily, the first step is easy:
How to add a new location/outlet
Go to Settings ➡️ Outlets.
From there, you can change the name of your "Chain" and set a profile photo, in addition to creating a new outlet. Take a look at the video for an example.
Some things to keep in mind
A couple of notes on outlets:
Today, each outlet will have its own subscriptions and add-ons. We're aiming to simplify the billing process for chains soon.
The new outlet will only include one staff member (the one that created it) and will not have any services, products or clients. We will be adding better support for sharing those "resources" between different locations and outlets soon.
To invite staff members from other outlets into the new outlet, just send an invite to the same email address they are using today. Click here to read more about invites.
