All you need to know about the clients list

Noona HQ is designed with that in mind.

This guide is meant to help you understand how Noona HQ can help you manage your growing client base.

How to create clients

A part of the Noona magic is that we automatically create clients for you when you create appointments or when they book their first appointment with you online.


However, you can also add clients in the following ways:

  1. Manually from the client list

  2. Manually from our point-of-sale system

  3. By importing a .csv or Excel document

Manually from the client list

Just go to the client list and click the blue button in the top right corner.

Manually from the POS

If you are using our Point-of-Sale add-on, you can create clients manually from the check-out process. This is useful when you have a walk-in that just wants to buy a product.

Importing clients

It's possible to import a list of clients from a .csv or Excel document. Click here to read more about our importing functionalities.

The client history

There are two ways to see a client's appointment history:

  1. From the client list

    1. Just navigate to the client list, search for the client, and open up his profile. You will see his past visits on the right-hand side.

  2. From an appointment

    1. When creating or editing an appointment, you can see the entire client history below the information about the current appointment. Check out the video to see how.
