This guide walks you through the different ways you can add and view client profiles in Noona HQ.
👤 How Clients Are Created
Clients can be added to your account automatically or manually.
✨ Automatic Creation
When a client books online, their profile is created automatically.
When you create an appointment manually, a client profile is also created.
No extra steps required — that’s part of the Noona magic! 🌟
➕ Ways to Add Clients Manually
You can manually add clients in three main ways:
1. From the Client List
Go to the Client List in the sidebar.
Click the + New (blue button) in the top right corner.
Enter the client’s details and save.
✅ Tip: Include email or phone number for automated reminders and notifications.
2. From the Point-of-Sale (POS) System
If you’re using the POS add-on, you can create a client during checkout — perfect for walk-ins buying products without booking a service.
3. By Importing a Client List
If you’re migrating from another system, you can import clients using a .CSV or Excel file.

📎 Tip: Make sure your file includes first name, last name, and contact info for best results.
📂 Accessing Client History
You can view a client’s appointment history in two ways:
🔍 From the Client List
Go to Clients in the sidebar.
Search for the client and click on their profile.
View their past visits on the right side of their profile page.tory
🗓 From an Appointment
When viewing or editing an appointment:
Scroll down below the appointment details.
The client’s full appointment history will be visible there.
