Sales reports are an incredibly powerful tool that can help you fully understand your business. To find out how to use them you can watch the video here, or read the article below!

Firstly, to access our full range of sales reports, you will need the Point of Sale Power-up. Learn how to do that here.

For each report you can choose the timeframe you want to view. To choose the timeframe simply click on a report, then click the date at the top of the report. Then select the timeframe by clicking the start date and end date.

You are able to download all reports but only if you are viewing them on a browser (like Google Chrome or Safari). If you are viewing them on the Noona HQ app, you will have to log into your Noona HQ account on a browser.

What are all the different types of sales reports?

Staff Sales:

Staff Sales is an overview of the total revenue brought in by each staff member. This can be through both services and product sales.

Staff Member Sales:

Staff member sales allow you to break down each individual staff member's sales. You choose which staff member you would like to see and then you can find all their sales from both products and services.

Product Sales:

Product sales breaks down all your product sales so that you can see how much of each product has been sold, and how much revenue each product brings in.

Service Sales:

Service sales allows you to see all of your service sales so that you can see how much of each service has sold, and how much revenue each service brings in.

Sales by Payment Method:

Sales by payment method allow you to view your sales by the payment method used during the sale.

Sales by VAT Percentage:

Sales by VAT percentage shows you how much VAT you have paid and at what VAT ratio.
